- Bonjour Bali operates as a fashion marketplace, connecting customers with independent designers and partner boutiques across Bali.
- All products are sold under a consignment model, where vendors retain ownership until an item is sold.
- Prices, collections, and availability may vary depending on the designer or boutique.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
- All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and international options.
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
- Bonjour Bali reserves the right to cancel or refund an order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Orders are shipped directly from Bonjour Bali’s fulfillment center.
- Delivery times may vary by location, typically up to 4 hours within Bali.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp.
- Bonjour Bali is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unworn and undamaged items with original tags attached.
- Some items (e.g., swimwear, jewelry, custom-made pieces) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or design restrictions.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
VENDOR & BRAND POLICY
- Partner boutiques and designers agree to maintain consistent pricing across all their sales channels.
- Bonjour Bali reserves the right to remove or suspend vendors who violate platform policies, including counterfeit goods, pricing discrepancies, or unethical practices.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on this site, including logos, text, photos, and visuals, is the property of Bonjour Bali or its respective partners.
- Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us.
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
DISCLAIMER
Bonjour Bali acts as a marketplace platform and is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from vendor errors, courier delays, or product misuse.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any disputes shall be settled under Indonesian jurisdiction.

Bonjour Bali® is a brand and trademark exclusively owned by PT Bonjour Bali Store, a company duly incorporated under the laws of Indonesia.
Any use, registration, reproduction, or claim of ownership of the name ‘Bonjour Bali’ by third parties without authorization is strictly prohibited.
PT Bonjour Bali Store has continuously used the ‘Bonjour Bali’ name and brand in commerce, online platforms, and marketing materials prior to and independently of any third-party trademark filings.
