Shipping policy

We ship from Bali to the world. Duties and shipping are included in the price, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

When your order leaves

In Bali, orders placed before 7 pm are delivered the same day. Everywhere else, orders leave the atelier within 2 business days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as yours does.

Delivery times

• Bali: same day. Order before 7 pm. 2-hour express in main areas.
• Indonesia: 3–4 business days outside Bali, by JNE.
• Worldwide: 3–6 business days, express by DHL. Customs can add a day or two.
• Boutique pickup: free. Choose it at checkout.

Indonesia and worldwide: business days, counted from the day your order leaves.

A late or damaged parcel

Write to us at hello@bonjourbali.co. We follow it up with the courier and send you a replacement or a refund.
