Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across Bali — from Ubud to Uluwatu, Canggu to Sanur.
How long does delivery take?
If your order is placed before 7PM, it’s delivered the same day via Gojek. Orders after that arrive the next day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all orders over 2 million IDR. Otherwise, a small flat fee applies.
Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use.
How do I request a return?
Use the [Contact Form] and select “My Order”.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes, if the item is in stock. Otherwise, we’ll process a refund.
How do I know what size to order?
Check the “Size & Fit” section on each product page. Each brand provides its own size chart.
Are all products really from Bali?
Yes — 100% of our brands are Bali-based and stocked locally.
Do you restock items?
Most items are limited. New drops weekly!
How can I sell on Bonjour Bali?
