Are all products authentic?

Yes. Bonjour Bali works only with verified designers and partner boutiques. Every item comes directly from the brand’s own stockroom, ensuring authenticity and quality.

Can I order from multiple brands in one checkout?

Absolutely. You can mix items from different boutiques — Bonjour Bali will handle all logistics and ship your pieces together whenever possible.

How do I find my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. Since sizing may vary slightly by designer, feel free to message our Customer Service via WhatsApp for personalized help.

Are the colors in photos accurate?

We do our best to display colors faithfully. However, lighting and screen settings may cause slight variations.

Can I request gift wrapping or a note?

Yes! Simply add a note at checkout or message us. We’ll include a Bonjour Bali gift card and elegant packaging at no extra cost within Bali.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship locally in Bali and soon internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times depend on destination and courier service.

How long will delivery take?

  • Bali:  Up to 4 Hours
  • Indonesia (outside Bali): 3–4 working days

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp with real-time updates

What if my package is delayed or lost?

Contact us immediately at support@bonjourbali.co. We’ll liaise with the courier and ensure your issue is resolved or a replacement/refund arranged.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Bali?

Yes, same-day delivery is available via GoSend Instant.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 24 Hours of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How do I make a return?

Email support@bonjourbali.co or WhatsApp our team. We’ll send you a simple form and return address.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene and custom-design reasons, swimwear, jewelry, lingerie, and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless defective.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Can I exchange for another size or color?

Yes, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 24 hour window.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Indonesian Bank Transfer.

Is it safe to shop on Bonjour Bali?

Absolutely. Our checkout is SSL-encrypted and powered by certified payment gateways. Bonjour Bali never stores your card details.

Can I pay in another currency?

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International payments are automatically converted at your bank’s rate.

Do you charge taxes or customs duties?

Indonesian orders include VAT. For international orders, import duties (if any) are paid by the customer upon delivery.

Are Bonjour Bali brands sustainable?

Most of our partner designers embrace ethical and small-batch production, using natural fibers, recycled fabrics, and fair-trade practices.

We prioritize collaborations with locally made brands, providing visibility, marketing, and fair revenue sharing to sustain Bali’s creative community.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes, we encourage boutiques to use biodegradable or recyclable packaging and limit plastic wherever possible

How can I become a Bonjour Bali member?

Simply create an account on our website , membership is free and unlocks discounts, early access, and birthday rewards.

How do I use my discount code?

Enter your code in the “Discount” field at checkout before completing your payment.

Can I combine discounts?

Unless stated otherwise, one promotional code can be used per order.

How do I check my rewards or membership tier?

Log into your Bonjour Bali account to view your points, vouchers, and membership status.

I’m a designer, how can I sell on Bonjour Bali?

Apply through our Vendor Page . Our team will review your brand and get in touch within 48 hours. 

What are the partnership terms?

Bonjour Bali works on a consignment model, with payouts made during the first week of the following month.

Do vendors get marketing support?

Yes, we provide professional photography, brand storytelling, and promotional features to help you grow.

Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us so we can resend it.
