Terms & Conditions

Bonjour Bali designs swimwear, resortwear and interchangeable jewelry straps in Bali. We sell them online at bonjourbali.co and at our boutique and atelier at Ulu Cliffhouse, Uluwatu. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Other currencies at checkout are a conversion for your convenience.
  • Duties and shipping are included in the price.
  • Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. If a payment fails, a piece is out of stock or a price is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Delivery

  • Bali: same day for orders placed before 7 pm, with 2-hour express in main areas.
  • Rest of Indonesia: 3 to 4 business days.
  • Worldwide: 3 to 6 business days by DHL Express.
  • You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves. Full details in our Shipping policy.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange a piece, unworn and unwashed, with its tags. Swimwear must keep its hygiene liner. Straps made for you at the atelier and gift cards are final sale. Refunds are made within 7 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Full details in our Refund policy.

Strap warranty

Every strap set of 2 is guaranteed for 12 months from purchase. We repair it, or replace it if it can’t be repaired. After 12 months we still restring straps, at a price we give you before we start. Details in our Refund policy.

The Atelier

Booking a session is free; you pay in store. A strap set of 2 is Rp 799.000, custom or ready-made; swimwear is priced separately. A strap made to your choice of stones is final sale and covered by the warranty.

Gift cards

Gift cards can’t be returned or exchanged for cash.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the name, logos, text, photos and designs, belongs to Bonjour Bali. Please don’t reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Liability

We describe every piece as accurately as we can; stones and pearls vary from one strap to the next. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute is settled under Indonesian jurisdiction.

Trademark

Bonjour Bali® is a trademark owned by Bonjour Bali LTD, a company incorporated in Indonesia. It may not be used, registered or claimed by anyone else without our authorization.
