Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver exclusively within Bali.
• Shipping times are same-day or next-day depending on order time.
• Orders placed before 7PM are delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 7PM are delivered the following day.
• Deliveries are typically fulfilled via Gojek from our central warehouse.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
• Bonjour Bali reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear or damage.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
