How to Use:
1. Diffuser:
Add 3–5 drops into 100 ml of water. Adjust according to aroma preference.
2. With Carrier Oil (External Use):
Dilute 1–2 drops of Ginger Essential Oil into 10 ml of carrier oil (such as Jojoba, Sweet Almond, or Argan Oil). Apply to pulse points or massage gently onto the body.
A patch test is recommended before use.
