1. ABOUT BONJOUR BALI
We are a fashion marketplace exclusively featuring Bali-based brands. All products are stocked locally and delivered island-wide.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept a variety of payment methods to make checkout easy for everyone — whether you're a Bali local or just visiting.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver exclusively within Bali. Shipping times are same-day or next-day depending on order time.
  • Orders placed before 7PM are delivered the same day
  • Orders placed after 7PM are delivered the following day
  • Deliveries are typically fulfilled via Gojek from our central warehouse
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached. Bonjour Bali reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of wear or damage. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY
Each brand is responsible for the quality and authenticity of its products. We ensure accurate representation on our platform through standardized photos and descriptions.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use our site respectfully and not engage in misuse, fraud, or abuse of the platform.
