We work with trusted logistics providers including GoSend, JNE, and DHL Express to ensure safe and timely deliveries both locally and internationally.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message containing a tracking number and link to follow your delivery in real-time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 24 hours of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, please contact our support team at support@bonjourbali.co or via WhatsApp.
